Service packages

Ensure that you are prepared for an emergency with our service packages. Die The price of contracts is governed by the size of your organisation.

01   |   BASIC

The BASIC contract equips you for crises and emergency situations: you can contact us at any time using the emergency number. The basic contract also offers security for less acute situations. We provide 30 minutes’ telephone counselling free per case. You will be offered discounted terms for seminars and workshops.
02   |   PLUS
In addition to the BASIC services, the PLUS contract gives you a further 20 hours’ counselling per year that can be accessed by managers at no extra cost. This therefore provides a low-key, easily accessed counselling service for governing bodies and managers. You decide for how long and where the counselling or coaching takes place and who can use this service.
03   |   PREMIUM
The PREMIUM contract offers you and your employees great scope and security in all circumstances. In addition to 20 hours’ coaching or counselling for management, every employee has the option of contacting us regarding personal and/or professional problems for up to six hours of support per year. If necessary, we can refer you to specialist institutions and experts. Sessions are confidential.
04   |   CUS­TOMISED
Do you only want the BASIC package but would like six hours of counselling for every employee too? Or would you like the PLUS package with just 10 hours of counselling per year, but with a notification service? No problem! Tell us what you need and, in conjunction with you, we will put together a customised contract. Combine our services with various add-ons, so you have the assurance that you need.

Supervison

For individuals, groups and organisations. Support for your working day. Retain and develop your ability to perform.

Mediation

De-escalation of difficult or worsening situations. It is a prerequisite that all participants take an active part and are interested in finding solutions.

Coordination and triage

Organisation of needs-based and customised, case-by-case assistance and coordination services for employees’ psychosocial emergencies.

Notification office

External notification office for sexual assaults, violence and bullying. For residents and/or employees, as required.

Specifically for care homes (Curaviva charter)

Counselling for individuals

In special cases (e.g. death/suicide of relative(s)) we can provide free counselling for individuals who may have been traumatised.
