Management coaching

Face-to-face dialogue

People often try to approach a problem using established patterns and perspectives and do not realise they are getting nowhere. Or they realise that they would like to think through a situation with someone else or have an outsider’s point of view.

Management coaching can help you to position yourself and to view a situation from a variety of perspectives. You will define new goals, clarify conflicts and get to the root of problems. We will accompany you through this process.

We offer support in situations such as:

  • Serious illness, accident or death of colleagues, clients/residents or loved ones
  • Bullying, cyberbullying and sexting
  • Suicide and suicidal thoughts
  • Difficult conversations (e.g. warnings or dismissals)
  • Aggression, violence or abuse in the workplace
  • Employee mental health problems
  • Professional and personal crises and problems

Employee counselling

Company employee counselling provides a resource for employees and managers. It provides psychological and social support to help cope with challenging, difficult situations – whether professional or personal. We will analyse the situation with you, work with you to define goals and support you during implementation..

Counselling can be a stand-alone event in your organisation. lternatively, as a support package it can form an essential component in corporate health promotion and crisis prevention.
We always try to arrange an appointment for the initial consultation as soon as possible, usually within one week.

How do we work?
Our work focuses on our clients, their social systems and their needs. In conjunction with you, our experts will devise sustainable solutions during tailored, personal counselling. The counselling is provided by your employer.

Notification office

In keeping with the charter, the Crisis Intervention Switzerland Foundation acts as an external notification office for homes and social institutions.

We offer targeted assistance when dealing with stressful events.

  • Sexual assaults
  • Violence
  • Bullying
  • Breaches of integrity

Sadly, sexual, physical and mental violence occurs in the social sector: those affected can contact us if – for whatever reason – extreme occurrences cannot be reported by internal company methods.

We are obligated to the employer and the person reporting the occurrence to adopt an objective, solution-focussed approach.

The institution determines who is authorised to report incidents: employees, residents, their relatives or legal representatives, and the scope of the service available to the reporter.

  • We help to deal with the situation
  • Together we seek practicable solutions
  • At the contracting party’s request we can attend a meeting with line managers
  • If the contracting party wishes we can assist the institution’s management with what to do next
